Grade-T Grandeur® Premium Nitrile Rubber OXYGEN HOSE

Applications: Grandeur® rubber oxygen hose made from premium nitrile rubber, featuring nice flexibility and durability. This quality hose is abrasion, cracking and high oil resistance, a multipurpose hose can be used for compressed air, water and mild chemical applications.  Structure: 1. Inner layer of hose::nitrile-butadiene rubber and butyronitrile polyvinyl chloride blends(NBR & PVC) or chloroprene rubber(CR) that is applied to oxygen and acetylene gas; 2. Protective layer of hose:nitrile-butadiene rubber and butyronitrile polyvinyl chloride blends(NBR & PVC) or chloroprene rubber(CR) 3. Intermediate reinforced layer:polyester fiber spiral line. 4.Applicable temperature: -25℃ to 70℃。 Features: All weather flexibility even in sub-zero conditions: -30℃ (-22 ℉ ) to +80℃ (176 ℉ ) Kink resistant under pressure Excellent abrasion resistant outer cover Flame, UV, Ozone, cracking, chemicals and RMA class A oil resistant 300 psi maximum working pressure, 3:1 or 4:1 safety factor Bend restrictor for reducing wear and tear, and extending hose life Easy coiling after use Anti-Static design for choices
